His editorial career began as a TV news reporter and producer, which eventually transitioned into a career in travel as the Managing Digital Producer for TravelChannel.com, where he oversaw all original travel content, including multiple talent-driven web series.

Kwin has also worked as a Content Manager for Travel Leaders Group, Editor-in-Chief for Vacationer Magazine, and a contributor to several reputable travel publications. At National Geographic, Kwin covers travel trends, luxury travel, outdoors, national parks, cultural tourism, and accessible travel.

Hannah Cheney is a Senior Digital Travel Editor at National Geographic, her second time working for the publication. She began her career writing for city magazines, and she’s also served as the Senior Travel Editor at U.S. News & World Report, where she oversaw the Best Hotels vertical, and was the Editor-in-Chief for Hilton’s online travel magazine.

She’s also been the Executive Producer and Creative Director for multiple Webby Award-winning travel video YouTube series. At National Geographic, she mostly covers travel trends, luxury travel, food, sustainability, and hotels.
