Clive Marshall has over 40 years’ experience in the international news media industry. He has held senior positions at a number of media groups.

He was CEO of Australia’s national news agency Australian Associated Press for almost ten years and for 14 years until his retirement this year was the CEO of London headquartered PA Media Group owners of the UK national news agency PA Media.

During his time at PA Media Group the company acquired a number of specialist media businesses including stock images business Alamy.

Based in the PR team at Switzerland Tourism since 2022, initially as Press Relations Manager before stepping up into the role of Head of PR in 2024. I bring more than ten years' experience across tourism, communications and media, with previous roles at the Council of Europe, Press Association (now PA Media,) the French Embassy in London and Atout France, where I spent six years managing the PR for Normandy Tourism.
