Dynasty 8

From Jan. 27 – Feb. 5, 2017, Dynasty 8 is offering a scrumptious nine-course Chinese New Year set menu that represents good luck, prosperity and health. Available for lunch and dinner, it features exquisite traditional selections including double-boiled superior soup with dendrobe flowers, seaweed pearl and mushrooms; braised dried oysters with sea moss, persimmon mushrooms, lettuce and abalone; and steamed red spotted garoupa with soya sauce.

Located on the ground floor of Sands® Cotai Central, the award-winning Dynasty 8 restaurant is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-11 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays open at 10 a.m.). Grand Orbit

Grand Orbit is featuring a sumptuous Chinese New Year buffet between Jan. 27 – Feb. 3, 2017, featuring Mediterranean, Western, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Southeast Asian and Indian specialities, as well as chilled fresh seafood on ice. The lunch buffet is served noon to 3 p.m. daily while the dinner buffet will have two settings, from 5:30-8 p.m. and 8-10 p.m. Lunch buffet price is MOP 2981 for adults and MOP 149[1] for children and the dinner buffet price is MOP4681 for adults and MOP2341 for children. The Lounge

A splendid East-meets-West afternoon tea will be served between Jan. 27 – Feb. 5, 2017 at The Lounge to celebrate Chinese New Year, and includes a selection of both savoury and sweet traditional treats such as abalone tartelette, tomato bread and crab salad with ginger, crispy prawn spring roll, mushroom bun, raspberry, green tea egg tart topped with red beans, cupcake dress in red velour, honey and mandarin scone with clotted cream and orange jam, along with a choice of tea or coffee or two special CNY cocktails or mocktails. The experience is priced at MOP 2682 and the deluxe tea set at MOP 2982, which also includes a Conrad Chinese New Year Bear or Duck.
