Modern lifestyle hotel, Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong introduces its Valentine's Day temptations at its restaurants and bars, Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social, The Place, The Backyard and Tokoro – Robatayaki & Sushi Bar along with romantic stays in its urban chic guestrooms.
Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social
Crafted by Chef de Cuisine, Tim Bruges, the 6-course creative Valentine's tasting makes for a relaxed way to spend the evening at the hotel's brand new restaurant and bar, Alibi. Located on the fifth floor of the hotel, the new urban space offers a creative amuse-bouche paired with a Tomato Wine Shooter, freshly shucked oysters, English crab and tiger prawns, French foie gras toasties and a choice of USDA prime grain fed rib eye or crispy skinned sea bass.
Dinner is available from 6:00pm – 10:00pmforHK$888 per person including a complimentary pack of petits fours for ladies.
The Place
The sumptuous Sweet Feast dinner buffet includes a wide range of international goodies including jet-fresh seafood platters of Boston lobster, freshly shucked oysters, snow crab, crayfish, fresh prawns, mussels, sashimi, a French foie gras live station, Swiss raclette, bird's nest, pink desserts, and more.
The Place is available for 2 seatings:
1st seating from 5:30pm – 8:00pm: $658 per person.
2nd seating from 8:30pm – 12:00am: $738 per person.
The Backyard
A sophisticated semi-buffet dinner under mango trees and romantic red hues will be set up at the city's favourite outdoor romantic deck, The Backyard, alongside free-flowing beer, house wines, soft drinks. Creative appetisers, jet-fresh seafood platters, bouillabaisse and a choice of main courses whet the appetite for a strawberry and rosé Champagne sorbet finish accompanied by raspberry financier, created for just one night.
The Backyard's Valentine's Day dinner is available from 6:30pm – 10:00pm for HK$1,188 per couple.
Tokoro – Robatayaki & Sushi Bar
Created by Japanese Head Chef Manabu Oikawa, the Valentine's menu at Tokoro – Robatayaki & Sushi Bar features a tempting 6-course wine & sake pairing degustation including a Tokoro jewel platter featuring 6 innovative appetisers, a jet-fresh sashimi platter paired with sparkling wine, Kyoho grape syrup and rose hips, A4 Miyazaki wagyu beef steak with a whiskey teriyaki sauce, robata-grilled fresh Japanese oysters with ponzu sauce paired with Benten sake, and homemade desserts paired with Ski Masamune Junmai Umeshu.
Tokoro's Valentine's Day dinner is available from 6:00pm – 10:00pmfor HK$1,688 per couple.
