From today (1 December 2014) guests who stay overnight at a PH Hotels or Four Pillars Hotels to complete their Christmas shopping can dial up an emergency Christmas collection line if they have bought too much to carry back to their hotel.

Swinging right into action, the hotel will send an emergency collection for the guest at no extra cost; which cuts down on the hassle of parking in city centres or battling back to the hotel with an arm-full of gifts on public transport.

All guests need to do is notify the front desk on their way out to the shops to find out where the designated emergency collection point will be in the city and then call back with around 20 minutes' notice in order to secure their emergency Christmas collection.

With PH Hotels in prime locations such as Edinburgh, Cardiff, York, London and Manchester; a shopping break needn't be a daunting thought this December.
