By presenting a distinctive Indonesian cuisine, Bale Udang managed to add a variety of dining options in Bali as the famous destinations, both local and foreign tourists. In anticipating the growing number of guests, on the second week of December 2014, Bale Udang Kuta will be extending their Multi-Function room. “From originally accommodating 362 seats, this room will be able to accommodate up to 410 seats,” stated I Gede Sudarmadiasa, the Operations Manager of Bale Udang Kuta.
