On March 19, 2025, the hotel will host a special wine dinner at The Drawing Room, where guests can indulge in a curated three-course menu paired with Château Picoron's exceptional Merlot wines.

Château Picoron, nestled in the Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, has been producing fine Merlot wines since the 16th century. Under the stewardship of Australian owners, Glenda and Frank Kalyk, the estate is now embracing organic practices and innovative winemaking, including the creation of the world's first white Merlot.

The evening will feature a bespoke dining experience designed by Bordeaux-born chef Valentin Nunes, expertly complemented by wines from the iconic Château Picoron estate. Guests will explore the unique terroir of Bordeaux while savouring a delightful three-course meal, accompanied by exquisite wine pairings.
