LIMLAY THAI STREET FOOD & BAR – BURLEIGH HEADS
Burleigh Heads has scored a new addition to its thriving dining scene; LimLay Thai Street Food & Bar. Meaning 'by the sea' in Thai, LimLay is the latest venture from renowned Nahm Group. LimLay focus is serving up real Thai street food — just a little more elevated and modern. Patrons can expect classics like Massaman or Pad Thai, but with the addition of authentic Thai food that isn't normally seen in Australia. The restaurants freshly renovated interior welcomes 110 guests, with room for some additional guests in their outdoor area.

FARINA & Co – SOUTHPORT
The latest opening from the Amore Collection (the boutique hospitality group behind Italian institutions Sofia's and Luna's in Broadbeach), FARINA & Co is a Euro-style bakery in the heart of Southport. Named after the Italian word for flour, FARINA's dedicated pastry chef makes an impressive array of pastries onsite every day. The venue is not just a bakery however, serving up delicious breakfast favourites with a Euro inspired twist, and a lunch menu that boasts fresh handmade pastas, warming soup, hearty salads, focaccia and paninis.

THE HOMESTEAD AT CURRUMBIN WILDLIFE SANCTUARY – CURRUMBIN
Nestled amongst the scenic grounds of the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, The Homestead is the newest addition to the Sanctuary's multi-million dollar tourism precinct. Open for lunch 7 days a week, the venue offers a unique new Aussie Outback dining experience for guests visiting the Sanctuary. Guests can enjoy fresh, wholesome meals made with locally sourced and native Australian ingredients, whilst sitting back on the large patio, watching kangaroos hop by. With its modern design, inspired by a traditional Queensland homestead, The Homestead is also available as a high-quality, contemporary wedding and events venue.
WINTERSUN ROOFTOP AT CALI BEACH CLUB – SURFERS PARADISE
Cali Beach Club has embraced the cooler months and transformed into a winter wonderland!
As the sun sets, the transformation begins with amazing lighting displays, roving LED performers, fire pits to roast marshmallows, winter themed menus and Australia's first inflatable rooftop nightclub. For something extra, guests can book VIP seating inside cosy inflatable igloos, show off their skills by jumping on the mechanical snowboard or even try their luck at the cash grab installation!
WINTERSUN takes place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night until September 1st.
THE SAND BAR AT GOLD COAST AIRPORT – COOLANGATTA
As part of the Gold Coast Airport's $500 million expansion, the airport has introduced a new, upscale bar and restaurant; The Sand Bar. Matt Jefferson, Executive Chef at two of the Gold Coast's finest restaurants Social Eating House and Orzo, has curated The Sand Bar's menu. With the aim of bringing an upper class offering to the airport, the menu features decadent bites such as truffle-oil drizzled Tortuto pizzas and a French brulee crumpet. The signature cocktail selection features Gold Coast inspired delights, such as the Barbie Blush, inspired by the Gold Coast's own Margot Robbie.
The Sand Bar is open from 5am until the last departing flight daily.
IMAGINATOR – SURFERS PARADISE
Following success in Melbourne and Brisbane, IMAGINATOR is bringing an interactive, art-filled playground to the Gold Coast with a multi-sensory installation that combines light, sound and sculpture. Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, IMAGINATOR is new form of immersive play where imagination and technology collide to create a stunning audio-visual play experience from the future. Guests can enjoy the journey at their own pace and craft an experience to suit them, by choosing to connect with their inner child and play, or slowing down and relaxing to soothing sounds and scintillating visuals from world class digital artists.
IMAGINATOR is now officially open to the public!
