A sky full of paragliders, cheese to Olympic standards and world cup medals for everyone – Paznaun's guests will experience an extended active autumn as part of the “Golden Summits” from 31 August to 13 October.

The popular series includes exciting sporting events, hiking, biking and climbing options as well as culinary and cultural highlights, drawing travellers from all over to the villages of Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See after the summer.

Guests staying in the region between 31 August and 13 October will get the chance to enjoy and explore autumn in all its facets and try out new things.  The most challenging sporting events include the E-Bike World Championship for Everyone in Ischgl (5 -7 September), open to all ages and skill levels, and the Hike & Fly Wanderbird Trophy and Geigerman triathlon event (trail running, paragliding and mountain biking, 4 – 6 October) in Kappl and See.

Active holidaymakers can discover hidden natural gems on guided hikes or make use of the bike & hike offers and explore the diverse Paznaun mountain world. Foodies will surely enjoy hiking up to Paznaun's traditional huts, tasting award-winning products at the 30th International Alpine Cheese Olympics in Galtür (28 September) or sample through regional delicacies on the Paznaun Market Day in Ischgl (31 August). Love live music? The so-called “Schlagernacht” in See (27 September) includes performances by Swiss star Francine Jordi and Austrian singer Marc Pircher, while the second Ischgl Classics feature 17 concerts in four days as well as traditional cattle drive events.
