Cycas Hospitality continues to drive forward its ambitious European expansion, with the signing of its first hotel in Luxembourg. The 133-room new build hotel, at the heart of the revolutionary GRIDX complex, will be operated by the award-winning pan-European operator under its first hotel management agreement with Félix GIORGETTI S.à r.l. Planned to open mid 2025, the GRIDX development is located in Wickrange in the southwest of Luxembourg at the cross-roads of the country's transport links to the nearby Belgian, French and German borders.

With connections to major cities including Strasbourg, Metz or Brussels, and under three hours to Paris and Lille, the GRIDX complex is connected to key motorway links including the A4, A6, A13, A3, and will in the future enjoy connections via fast tram services.  Underpinning the complex's sustainability pledges, the site is also connected to the area's new 1100km Vëloexpresswee, which will form Europe's longest cycle pathway.

GRIDX has been designed to foster communities united by a shared automotive passion and will include an 18,500 m2 Motorworld® space, developed with the eponymous group which specialises in creating unique experiences for car enthusiasts and brings together car dealerships, craftsmen and related businesses. It will also host a collection of MAUTO, the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile "Avv. Giovanni Agnelli", showcasing some of the rarest automobiles.

The new XNOTO hotel is being built as part of the GRIDX expansive (42,000 sqm) multi-use site, which includes meeting, events, offices, retail and leisure services. The on-site design hotel will feature six floors of meticulously designed guest rooms and suites, each thoughtfully appointed with cutting-edge amenities appealing to corporate and leisure guests. Offering travellers standard, extra-large and larger, spacious suites and serviced apartments complete with kitchenettes for longer length stays, the hotel will integrate fully with the complex.  Guests will be able to enjoy the outdoor terrace and dining options at the various GRIDX food outlets included as part of the breakfast offering.

Pola Giorgetti at Félix Giorgetti said: We here at Felix Giorgetti are excited about this truly unique project and are very much looking forward to working closely with Cycas and making the XNOTO hotel a great success story.”

Craig Patterson, Chief Development Officer at Cycas Hospitality, said: "We are delighted to be strengthening our growth in the Benelux region and working with our valued partner to bring the Cycas Hospitality approach and unrivalled expertise to the exceptional GRIDX development in Luxembourg.”

The hotel becomes Cycas's 7th hotel in the Benelux region and follows the recent launch of  Moxy Paris Clamart and DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre.
