EVT will commence management of Rydges Ringwood, effective 1 August, after it rebrands from Sebel Ringwood. Located in the vibrant and fast-growing suburb of Ringwood, this high-quality property, constructed in 2021, marks a welcomed addition to EVT's growing portfolio of hospitality venues, and the sixth EVT hotel in Melbourne.

The decision to award EVT the management contract was influenced by EVT's local expertise and operational capabilities. EVT's decision-making teams in Melbourne and Sydney will ensure agile responsiveness to market dynamics, fostering strong partnerships like the one with Serene Capital, the property's owner.
