An Evening with Taittinger will feature an exclusive five-course set menu dinner matched with champagnes from the renowned French Maison, and presented by the brand's ambassador himself. Each course has been designed to showcase the depth and complexity of flavours that are characteristic of Cantonese cuisine, while enhancing the unique aspects of each of the chosen paired wines. Highlights of the set menu include the signature lobster's three-shallot texture accompanied by a glass of Taittinger Prélude Grand Cru, and the steamed Glacier 51 toothfish with Shaoxing wine sauce, a dish that exemplifies the restaurant's commitment to subtlety and excellence, paired with the 2012 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne.
Priced at $398 per person, this dining experience will be held on Thursday, 25th July and is now available to book.
