Murad Ahmed, an esteemed member of the JA family since 2005 and a proud Emirati, has been promoted to Cluster General Manager.

Starting as a Revenue Sales Agent, Murad's exceptional growth and leadership over the past 20 years have been truly inspiring. His roles at JA The Resort include Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, and Resident Manager. Murad's exemplary performance led to his role as General Manager at The Manor Hotel By JA, where he demonstrated outstanding leadership. Most recently, Murad served as the Resident Manager at JA The Resort, where his strategic vision significantly contributed to our success.

Murad's promotion to Cluster General Manager acknowledges his loyalty, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His profound understanding of our brand and ability to foster strong relationships make him the ideal leader for this role.

Amit Alva, a seasoned food & beverage professional, has been promoted to Resort Manager.

With over two decades of experience in London and the GCC, Amit brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for culinary innovation and service excellence. His impressive career includes prestigious roles such as Director of Food & Beverage at Kempinski Hotel, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Rixos Hotels, Roda Hotels, and Al Murooj Rotana, Dubai. Amit began his management journey in London, advancing from Restaurant Manager at The Savoy London to F&B Manager at Hilton London Metropole and Hospitality Manager at Roux Fine Dining.

Amit was the driving force behind the success of JA Resorts & Hotels' renowned events such as Untold, Defected, and Elrow. Last year, he was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage, continuing to drive excellence across the resort. Amit's promotion to Resort Manager is a testament to his unwavering commitment and outstanding contributions to our team.
