RUBIX RETURNS! 

For all free spirits, budding performers, chefs, yogis, and connoisseurs of joie de vivre the RUBIX Festival in Porto Montenegro Village, 8th – 10th August is the ideal playground. Launched last year, the festival has quickly carved out a niche for itself and, this year, will feature performances by Isabella Rossellini, Nouvelle Vague, and Hernan Cattaneo! Spanning three days, it offers an eclectic mix of classical, orchestral, electronic, and experimental music, exemplifying the convergence of music, art, and technology. Creativity blooms in workshops including pottery, 3D printing, and body painting. The festival's culinary offerings feature exotic cuisines and wine tasting at chefs' tables. 

NEW YORK COMES TO MONTENEGRO

The Made in New York Jazz Festival will return for its 9th year on 21st June! Grammy-winning and world-famous jazz musicians, Jeff Tain Watts, Nathan East, and many more will take the stage to transport guests to a New York City downtown bar through the power of jazz. 

CALLING ALL FASHIONISTAS

On 19th – 20th July the International Fashion Festival will celebrate summer in a glamorous gathering bringing together some of the world's most prestigious designers over two luxury evenings. VIP cocktail events and exclusive afterparties will feature in what is set to be one of the most dramatic events the village has staged. 

ROOM FOR PERSONAL GROWTH! 

From 15th – 16th June, Daniel Maté will take guests on a transformative journey at Regent Porto Montenegro via a personal development workshop called 'Understanding our Roots: Moving Forward From Trauma'. During this workshop, participants will explore the toxic influencers of modern culture to enhance personal growth. 

MUSIC IS THE FOOD OF LOVE

Summer is synonymous with music and laughter and Porto Montenegro Village will appeal to all music tastes. The music itinerary kicks off on 18th June with the first of the region's Opera Tales: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This collaboration between the Vasa Pavic Art School for Music and Ballet, Podgorica, and the Tivat Music Festival brings this timeless tale to life through the power of music. The second Opera Tale of the season is A Journey for Young presented by the Artistic Association “Visoko C” from Serbia on 19th July. This talented opera ensemble will present an original performance, crafted specifically for children to ignite a love of music and storytelling. 

On 2nd August, senses will continue to be heightened at California Dreaming: From Baroque to Rock. Conductor Nir Kabaretti will lead the most talented Montenegrin young professional musicians, members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic musicians, and violinist Gilles Apap. 

A musical evening can continue at the five-star hotel throughout summer with Live Music by Tina Dzankic every Thursday at Murano Restaurant, a performance by Nina Zizic once a month at Onyx Bar & Garden with unlimited cocktails, and Summer Night Jams every Tuesday on the marina promenade at Gourmet Corner with Jelena Bozovic performing soft acoustic covers of international hits. 

ART HAS THE POWER TO TRANSFORM

Porto Montenegro Village's artistic calendar is unrivalled, encompassing a vibrant array of artistic styles beginning with the 35th Anniversary Exhibition at the Gayo Art Gallery on 16th June. Guests can enjoy an evening of elegance with handcrafted cocktails and a curated DJ set at Montenegro's first private art gallery. Various complimentary events including a celebration of contemporary artist Andrey Vereshchagin at the Sky Port Exhibition on 27th June, a mesmerising journey through the use of colour on 1st August at Aleksandar Ostojic's Horizontal and Vertical Exhibition, and an exploration through the fusion of Eastern traditions and artistic mastery of Anna Kudryavtseva on 29th August at the Dance of Brush & Ink Exhibition

Two unmissable events for art connoisseurs at the Gayo Art Gallery are Made in Montenegro on 13th July and Ratko Odalovic Exhibition on 17th August. The former features a selection of masterpieces crafted by the nation's most talented artists, providing a glimpse of Montenegro's vibrant art scene. The latter introduces the world of Ratko Odalovic as the artist, himself, discusses the fusion of traditional motifs with contemporary sensibilities with a captive audience.  

A FEAST OF FESTIVALS AT PORTO MONTENEGRO 

On 3rd AugustRosé Day is a boutique one-day festival dedicated to top-of-the-range rosé wine matched with gourmet food offerings and great music. Dress in pink and white and enjoy a sun-kissed afternoon of premium rose wines in a sophisticated picnic-style setting, before dancing the night away to the beats of internationally acclaimed DJs.

The gastronomic jewel in the culinary crown is the Gastro Weekend from 16th – 18th August honouring fine cuisine from world-class chefs, refreshing drinks, soulful melodies, and family-friendly entertainment. This festival offers a sensory feast, blending gastronomic delights with vibrant entertainment for an idyllic midsummer weekend. 

Guests of Regent Porto Montenegro can enjoy a delicious array of themed dinners and dining experiences accompanied by renowned musical performances. A must-eat is A Decade of Fine Cuisine on 3rd August involving a six-course dinner with wine pairing.
