AMARA, the chic beachfront property in Limassol Cyprus, is home to a variety of decadent dining options, with a brand new opening of Monte-Carlo born brand, Beefbar.

The new dining concept will open its doors on 6th June 2024 and will join the decadent selection of restaurants at the hotel. This grand dining destination is taking centre stage, offering a welcoming ambience and stylish cuisine. The glamorous restaurant first debuted in Monte Carlo in 2005 and has since become a global sensation, opening in key locations around the world.

The Beefbar menu offers a selection of simple yet delicious dishes that combine sexy street food concepts with premium cuts of meat and caters for both meat lovers and vegetarians with a variety of unique dishes.

Matsuhisa Limassol

The world of Nobu Matsuhisa comes to life at Matsuhisa Limassol, where one can experience the flavours, of the trailblazing Japanese Peruvian haute cuisine in an intimate and sophisticated setting, where the design on the restaurant has been created to reflect Chef Nobu's roots.

 

The menu features all the staples of Nobu's restaurants including legendary signature dishes such as Black cod with miso, White fish with dry miso, Rock shrimp tempura, new style sashimi and NOBU sushi and sashimi. All the dishes are complemented by a sophisticated menu of sake and exotic cocktails designed to perfectly blend with NOBU's culinary journey.

Ristorante LOCATELLI, headed by celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli, offer diners an innovative menu of authentic Italian dishes. Including pan-fried scallops with saffron vinaigrette, roasted monkfish, Bagna càuda and homemade tagliatelle with kid goat ragù and chilli; and to satisfy the sweet tooth, ricotta mousse, and pistachio ice cream.

Nerea

The AMARA's dedicated fish and seafood restaurant, Nerea, features a rich selection of the freshest local produce including fresh lobster to choose from at the Lobster bar. Menu highlights include a prawn risotto featuring prawn bisque, semi-dried tomato, burrata cheese and chives, a fresh fish selection daily and for the sweet tooth, baclava cheesecake with a light filo baklava pastry crust and served with homemade pistachio ice cream.
