Whether relaxing in a chilled spot high above Europe's busiest city streets, soaking up incredible urban views, or enjoying mouth-watering food and drink in exclusive settings, travellers can see Europe's most iconic cities in a totally new, and often sun-drenched, light, from these stylish terraces at strikingly styled design and lifestyle locations from nhow hotels, and NH Collection.
NH Collection Copenhagen
Newly opened last spring, NH Collection Copenhagen's rooftop bar, ROOF, is a beautiful oasis in the heart of the city. NH Collection Copenhagen is one of the city's few five-star properties, and ROOF is one of a tiny number of rooftop venues. The terrace is styled to effortlessly combine Scandinavian simplicity with exclusivity and international flair, and guests can enjoy incredible views of the canals below, sunsets behind the mint green copper towers of the surrounding buildings, and a menu of tempting cocktails, good wines and tasty bites and snacks. Both city residents and hotel guests are welcome to settle down on the terrace of ROOF and experience the enchanting atmosphere for themselves.
NH Collection Prague
NH Collection Prague sits on the top of Mrazkova Hill and offers incredible views of the romantic Bohemian city, and easy access to the Old Town, the Charles Bridge and other top sights. The hotel's fourth-floor Tuscan restaurant, Il Giardino Toscano, can only be accessed via a cable car, and features a rooftop summer terrace decorated with blooming trees and flowers, offering priceless views of the city.
nhow Amsterdam RAI
nhow Amsterdam RAI's top-floor restaurant, Selva, has a Latin American atmosphere and interior styling that celebrates the Amazon rainforest. These influences are reflected in the restaurant's bright colours, textures, and patterns, and in a food and drinks menu that is inspired by flavours from Brazil, Mexico and Peru. Located on the 24th floor, Selva's 360-degree panoramic view of Amsterdam is tricky to beat, and guests can relax in a beautiful sky-high courtyard on sunny days.
nhow Berlin
Located on the banks of the River Spree, design and lifestyle hotel nhow Berlin has a stunning terrace that earns its name, Envy Bar. Overlooking the waterfront, the stylish outdoor space has its own food truck serving drinks and street food including the striking Pink Kebab. The party atmosphere is regularly whipped up by live bands and a DJ, and the cool vibe continues into the music-themed hotel, where spaces are decorated with bright colours and instruments, and guitars are among the room service options.
nhow Frankfurt
NFT Skybar is Germany's highest rooftop bar, located on the 47th floor of nhow Frankfurt and almost 200 metres above ground level. The venue is the perfect place to admire the futuristic metropolis below, and on clear days the view extends as far as the Taunus Mountains. The hotel's Art of Money design theme celebrates its location in Germany's financial metropolis with colourful, playful wall murals, a golden staircase in the lobby, and the NFT Skybar taking some of its name from Non-Fungible-Tokens. The wrap-around roof terrace is free for hotel guests to access, and drinks are served until the early hours.
