Atout France and Air France have strengthened their cooperation in the UK and Ireland with the signing of a new partnership agreement supporting France's inbound tourism. On 30 April, Gwénaëlle Delos, Managing Director of Atout France UK & Ireland, and Jérome Salemi, Air France's General Manager for UK & Ireland, officialised this new collaboration at the Atout France offices in London.

The partnership between Atout France, the France Tourism Development Agency, and Air France, France's leading airline, reinforces their strong commitment to the French tourism economy. The two companies will work closely together to promote key French destinations through B2B events, press trips and multi-platform B2C communication to drive traffic from the UK and Ireland to France. Air France is connected to France from five airports in the UK (London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Birmingham) and two airports in Ireland (Dublin and Cork).

The partnership carries particular significance in this key year of events for France, as the capital prepares to welcome the world at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games; the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the 150th anniversary of Impressionism are celebrated in multiple regions; and we close the year with the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris after its long restoration.

Atout France's Managing Director for the UK & Ireland, Gwénaëlle Delos, said:
