Restore, Reconnect and Renew at Soar Mill Coves' Summer Wellness Retreat in South Devon

Soar Mill Cove Hotel, offering the epitome of comfort and luxury against the staggering backdrop of the South Devon coast, will be hosting its summer wellness retreat on Sunday 19th May and introducing systematic kinesiologist practitioner Ruth Derry to the exciting line up for the day.

The new element run by Ruth will allow guests to understand their own health through understanding the body's communication. Guests will practice 'habits to create calm' which will aid self awareness and health empowerment through this natural and holistic approach.

The day begins with coffee and a chat, followed by a team building session. Focusing on strength and conditioning, Kat Wallace a personal trainer and fitness instructor, will incorporate a fun and teamwork ethos into her session.

After a healthy graze and refreshment, there will be a group walk exploring the cove and taking in the breathtaking scenery of this part of South Devon.

A nourishing 'wellness' themed lunch is followed by kinesologist Ruth Derry who will lead a coaching session about healthy habits.  Following this, light refreshments and some alone time will allow participants to stop and enjoy the views through the picture windows from the comfort of the hotel, and take time to absorb what they have learned from their coaching session.

The day concludes with a relaxing pilates wind-down session with Lara Christopher, a professional trainer whose mantra is 'where joy meets movement.'

With all three experienced coaches guiding you through the day, you will end the retreat feeling refreshed, revived and rejuvenated whilst experiencing aspects of the Summer Retreat outside in the beautiful National Trust cove.

The retreat is open to people of all abilities and ages, with the promise that new friendships will be forged, laughing and fun will be shared and participants will feel stronger, more energised and connected to their own bodies and to nature.

£149 per person, guests can reserve their place by calling 01548 561566. Tickets include all activities, food, refreshments and key takeaways for ongoing personal wellbeing.
