Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA, March 2024 – Grahame Cox and John Savage of Savage Communication in conjunction with CF Mekong River Cruises by CroisiEurope are inviting travel industry media to join one of two famils scheduled on the Mekong River, Vietnam and Cambodia, in May and July 2024.

We aim to fill the May cruise first.

These cruises, aboard the 14-cabin Toum Tiou 2 riverboat, will highlight the New Discovery Tour launched earlier this year.  We are also working with CATA Cambodia Association of Travel Agents to arrange some land add-ons.

Featured will be the hidden treasures of the Mekong River including traditional village visits and gentle hikes to the stunning Udong Hill; motor and rowing boat tours of the magnificent Tra Su Forest, on-land walking and a variety of biking, kayaking and sampan experiences - all tailored to suit individual preferences and ages.

Also included will be a cable car ride in Chau Doc to the crest of Sam Mountain and tours of bustling Phnom Penh and HoChiMinh City (HCMC). 

DATES:

1. 22 May to 28 May, HCMC to Phnom Penh 7 days 6 nights. We are proposing an extension of this famil to include a visit of Siem Reap, the home of Angkor Wat, finishing on 3 June in Siem Reap. This famil will commence in HCMC on 22 May.
2. 31 July to 6 August, Phnom Penh to HCMC 7 days 6 nights. We are proposing an add-on to this famil commencing in Siem Reap on 25 July.
