QT Melbourne is gearing up for the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix with the launch of Deli QT.
A pop-up panini pit stop in collaboration with St Hugo, QT Melbourne's lobby-side bar Premiere has transformed into a vintage Italian-inspired deli, with gourmet grab-and-go sandwiches and victory lap snacks, paired with generous pours.
Until the end of March, patrons of Deli QT can indulge in an array of paninis and sandwiches curated by Executive Chef Nic Wood, inspired by the city's latest sandwich fixation. The signature QT Conti, is a nod to Nic's Western Australian roots, alongside the hearty Beef Dip Sandwich, the classic Tuna Melt, and the irresistible Fried Chicken Sando. Pre or post circuit, guests can fuel up with any sanga and a glass of Daniel Ricciardo's Ric Red by St Hugo for just $30.
Chef Nic Wood shared his excitement surrounding the Formula 1 inspired menu, saying, "Formula 1 racing has always been a passion of mine, and I wanted to bring that same excitement and energy to Deli QT. Each sandwich is crafted with care, using the freshest ingredients and flavours that I love, creating a winning combination for our guests."
Together with St Hugo, Deli QT heroes Australian Formula 1 driver, Daniel Ricciardo, and his 'secret sauce', Ric Red by St Hugo. Inspired by in-the-moment good times, guests can enjoy the drop bursting with flavour, crafted by Ricciardo himself.
Chief Winemaker at St Hugo, Peter Munro adds, “We bucked convention with Ric Red to deliberately create a unique blend that has captured Daniel's personality in our St Hugo wine that everyone knows and loves and can't wait for F1 fans to savour the drop.”
Race in and experience Deli QT at QT Melbourne from March 13 to April 1, Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm.
