Spice from Around the Globe: An Evening at the Indian Supper Club

Celebrating the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine, the Indian Supper Club offers an exploration of flavours as diverse as the nation itself. While commonly simplified as spicy in the West, Indian food encompasses a depth far beyond mere heat. The concept of "curry" as we know it is a British interpretation, concocted by colonial cooks. Drawing from his team of chefs native to India, Michael has crafted an inspired menu, rooted in authentic expertise and cultural heritage. Collaborating with Operations Director Steve Edwards, each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines sourced from regions like Akluj, southeast of Mumbai, enhancing the culinary journey.
