Sydney, 27 February 2024 – Prepare to bust ghosts in style as Shangri-La Sydney launches a limited-time Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire inspired High Tea at The Lobby Lounge, from March 16th to April 7th, 2024.
Allow the icy transformation to enchant your senses as you embark on a ghostly gastronomy adventure, savouring a trio of tiers brimming with supernatural sweets and savoury treats, all inspired by the eagerly awaited movie release.
Imagine classic NYC cheeseburgers on brioche buns and crispy bagels adorned with house-smoked salmon, paying homage to the vibrant flavours of the city that never sleeps.
Of course, it wouldn't be a spooky soiree without Shangri-La's signature scones and clotted cream, plus New York cheesecake, apple pie macarons, and other Big Apple delicacies.
Adults can indulge in an enticing array of cocktails, including the refreshing zest of a 'Slimer Sour' or brave 'The Death Chill' cocktail—a bold fusion of tequila, coconut, and lemon that promises a spine-tingling chill, while kids can delight in their own selection of delicious, specially crafted milkshakes.

The Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire High Tea is available in the Lobby Lounge between March 16th and April 7th, 2024, with two seating options: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. It is priced at AUD 79 per adult and AUD 74 per child (aged 11 and under). Secure your booking HERE.
Adult fans who admire the classic film series can cheers the new release with exclusive cocktails at Blu Bar on 36, Shangri-La Sydney's iconic sky-high cocktail bar. With creations such as 'Ectoplasm Elixir' and 'Burnt Stay Puft', these bespoke blends offer a chance to immerse yourself in the Ghostbusters universe with every sip.
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire inspired cocktails at Blu Bar on 36 are available at AUD 39 each from March 16th to April 17th, 2024.
