Dolly's Valentine's Day Dinner with Whispering Angel: 

The theme of the night, 'Roses and Rosé,' will see a see three-course menu filled with nostalgic European flavours served with a complimentary pour of Whispering Angel Rosé, surrounded by red roses tableside.  

Whispering Angel Rosé, renowned as the world's most loved rosé, embodies elegance and sophistication. With its pale hue, it captures the essence of Provence in a refreshing and versatile manner, making it a symbol of refined taste and a timeless choice for rosé excellence. 

Guests can sip away while savouring in a selection of Indulgent dishes such as Oysters with Strawberries, Grilled Peach Burrata Crostini, Snapper Crudo, Torched Black Cod or Director's Cut Beef Wellington.  

Sweeten the evening's end with a crowd-favourite, Dolly's iconic rum-torched Bombe Alaska. 

Linger long into the night with Dolly's array of new cocktails, including the must-try Dolly Espresso Martini, refreshing Gold Summer Spritz and the seductive Midsummer Night's Dream.
