Celebrate Valentine's at the Millbrook Inn, South Pool

The Millbrook Inn at South Pool, at the head of the Salcombe estuary deep in the heart of the Devon countryside, offers the perfect setting for a romantic Valentine's treat. Those reserving a stay in its luxurious accommodation between February 11th and 16th will receive a beautiful bouquet of freshly picked flowers from its own farm - Fowlescombe Farm - and a box of artisan English chocolates.

Couples who book dinner during that special week will find an intimate candlelit table awaiting them against the backdrop of refined simplicity. A log burner that exudes warmth adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere for which the pub is renowned. The restaurant offers the best locally-sourced food, with much from the family's Fowlescombe Farm, providing the perfect setting in which to sit back, enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles, and indulge in a delicious seasonal menu.

The cottages are the height of comfort and design, offering everything you need for a memorable stay. An inclusive breakfast hamper features delicacies such as frankfurters from the family's Rare and Pasture, an artisan organic charcuterie, and smokery, included.

Situated just a stone's throw from the South West Coast Path and at the head of an idyllic creek gently flowing to Salcombe, the pub and cottages are dog-friendly, allowing your canine friend to join you in the celebrations.

The cottages are available from £225 and can be booked here.
