Enjoy love and each other's company at Dixson & Sons at The Porter House Hotel Sydney MGallery, where Executive Chef Steven Hartert has designed a special menu for the most romantic day of the year. Savour the freshness of pumpkin cream tart with salmon roe, mouth-watering snapper with zuchinni flower and olive butter sauce, and on a sweet note with a sensuous desert of caramel and white chocolate mousse with roasted peach and rose. The menu is $120 per person, with an additional $85 for those who would like to add wine pairing for each course, plus a glass of bubbles on arrival.

Set within one of Sydney's most historic buildings, Dixson & Sons is a contemporary interpretation of a modern brasserie, underpinned by sophisticated simplicity. Here, you can savour every masterful bite, explore the carefully crafted wine list, and enjoy an intimate setting, which is steeped in craftsmanship and authenticity, as the building's rich history dates back to the 1870s.

HOTEL WILLIAM INGLIS MGALLERY

At the beautiful Hotel William Inglis Hotel MGallery your love story will be focused on Romance by the Riverside Stables, with an accommodation package that includes sparkling wine and chocolate for two, your choice of room-service breakfast or full buffet breakfast, and late check-out to 2pm to allow you to explore the Chiltern Rooftop Pool or indulge at the Inglis Day Spa. The Newmarket Room restaurant will come alive with live jazz music, and an a la carte menu that focuses on paddock to plate. A la carte prices are available from $100 for two people.
