To celebrate Valentine's Day, Midnight Hotel's on-site restaurant, Braddon Merchant, is showcasing a selection of exclusive share-style dishes for $135 on Wednesday, 14 February.

Located in the upbeat suburb of Braddon and connected to luxury, five-star hotel, Midnight Hotel, Autograph Collection, Braddon Merchant boasts a menu of modern-Australian dishes that champion seasonal produce and local suppliers. With a wine list of over 150 local and international labels, it's no surprise that this hotel-restaurant has won multiple awards for their carefully curated wine selection, proven to enhance the flavours found in their seasonal menu.

For the fifth year running, Braddon Merchant will be hosting a Valentine's Day dinner where guests will see Head Chef, Amit Kashyap serving never seen before dishes as a part of their Braddon Merchant Experience.

Guests will have with the option of opting into paired wines carefully chosen by the restaurant's sommelier, or free-flowing Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut for an additional price.
