The 'Soulful Detox' wellness package is designed to offer a gentle cleanse with specially curated farm-to-table detox friendly and nutrient rich meals, using produce grown in the kitchen gardens. Treatments include a 60-minute signature massage and foot soak, a 90-minute somatic breathwork exercise designed to reset the nervous system and a 45-minute black tea and cardamom body wrap. The two-day package will leave guests with increased energy, reduced stress levels and with their metabolic system reset to complete the overall sense of renewal and relaxation.
Tapping into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the 'Teardrop Ayurveda Essentials' introduces guests to the rejuvenating principles of Ayurveda and a taste of its transformative power. The experience begins with a personalised ayurvedic consultation and is combined with tailored treatments, guided yoga and meditation to bring the body back to harmony, nature walks and freshly brewed herbal drinks, prescribed by the Ayurvedic doctor as well as the specially curated ayurvedic farm-to-table menu. Guests will feel a sense of balance and rejuvenation following this two-day experience and gain insights into the wellness possibilities of this practice.
The 'Jet Lag Recovery' promises to restore energy following long distance journeys with holistic experiences that combine relaxation, rejuvenation, and nourishment. During the one or two-day package, following a personlised wellness check in, guests can enjoy curated jetlag-friendly meals, rejuvenating yoga and a jetlag recovery massage and foot soak, plus Yoga Nidra and a 45-minute back, neck and shoulder massage.
'Rediscovering Inner Harmony' for better work-life balance and stress management is designed to help overcome the challenges of modern life and help guests regain their equilibrium, returning to their everyday lives with mental clarity, greater energy, and a deep connection with their life purpose. Experiences include a 60-minute pampering massage, personalised 75 minute stress management session and a 75 minute work life balance workshop, with a transformational coach. All combined with the curated wellness farm to table menus.
Wellness packages are available across the Teardrop Hotels portfolio including Wallawwa, Lunuganga and Kumu Beach. The one or two-night packages include staying in luxurious accommodation, combined with warm Sri Lanka hospitality and includes arrival airport transfers and a host of wellness amenities and services - nightly turndown reflections, home-made coffee and salt body scrub using locally grown coffee, welcome mocktails.
