For the very first time in elf history, QT Gold Coast is unwrapping a candy-covered emporium, QT Gingerland. Located in the designer playground's lush lobby, QT Gingerland will be serving a sleighful of Christmas treats from 2 December through to Christmas Eve.
QT's dedicated elves and purveyors of patisserie have been working day and night to festively fill floor to ceiling. This enchanting world has been handmade with 400 gingerbread bricks, adorned with over 150kgs of royal icing and embellished with hundreds of colourful candy canes. A treat for the senses - and stockings - guests are invited to indulge in plum pudding, an assortment of nougat, traditional mince pies and catch gingerbread people roaming on rocky road.
This wonderland of delight and decadence has been curated by Executive Chef, Greg Benney, together with Executive Pastry Chef, Daniel King, and is set to provide guests with a sugar rush with a side of festive theatrics.
Benney says, “QT Gingerland is a feast for the senses. The edible emporium is a gingerbread inspired Christmas workshop featuring a line-up of all your festive favourites alongside Christmas classics, reimaged in our signature QT quirk.”
QT Gingerland will be open daily from Saturday, 2 December.
