Out of this world dining doesn’t have to mean out of home; cue QT’s expertly crafted meal kit with simple assembly. Pass around decadence and tuck into yum as traditional tastes mix with festive flavours that only a QT chef could dream up.

Drizzled in dazzle, garnished with glee; the designer hotel collection’s acclaimed chefs and finest sommeliers have curated dining and drinking delights from their award-winning restaurants and wine lists. These QT-curated feasts feature the finest local ingredients, and instructions for a dash of heating and a pinch of plating. Serve, kick back and bask in all the glory with this seasonal spread of festive proportions.

Christmas Feasts by QT at Home is a breezy banquet catering for up to six guests, from $649 per box with 20 dishes to unwrap. Menus are unique to each hotel with each course festively themed; Toasting + Snacking, From Santa’s Oven and The Trimmings. Tables will be deliciously dressed with mixed artisan salumi, Balmain bugs with thermidor mayonnaise, honey glazed Australian ham with seeded mustard or slow roasted suckling lamb shoulder. The Trimmings include generous serves of duck fat potatoes sprinkled with rosemary and roasted butternut pumpkin with labneh, pomegranate and mint. The decadence continues with Christmas pudding with brandy custard and sour cherries to vanilla custard profiteroles with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, or summer tiramisu with fresh berries.

With fine dining, comes fine wining. Take a tipple from the QT cellars, with three sommelier sanctioned bottles from the QT Cellar Christmas Selection for $75 available across the group. Each hotel is also offering a curated collection of three wines from their local lists for $110, that will be right at home this Christmas.

Let us put on the glitz and jingle the bells with a Spotify playlist by QT’s music maestro Andrew Lewis. Blast through the UE Boom, glee inducing, eardrum-shattering renditions of Christmas carols with a heavy helping of soul and funk, from James Brown to John Legend to Kasey Musgraves.

Feasts are available for pick-up from QT Sydney, QT Canberra, QT Perth, QT Gold Coast, QT Newcastle and QT Auckland on 23 December and 24 December 2023.
