Luxury superyacht M.Y. Sea Raes has arrived in Sydney for her second season, bringing the exceptional service and award-winning culinary offering of Australia’s most iconic boutique hotel - Raes on Wategos - to Sydney for the summer. With day, overnight or private charters on offer, and a selection of curated packages available for festive season events, Sea Raes is set to provide an unparalleled experience on the glistening Sydney Harbour.
Transporting guests to a European-inspired yacht escape right here on Australian shores, the full-crew floating retreat accommodates up to 8 guests for overnight stays and up to 30 guests for day charters with its expansive 101ft tri-deck design. Perfectly suited to elevated long lunches and private events throughout the celebratory season, Sea Raes provides the opportunity to enjoy Sydney from the harbour with tailored menus curated by Raes’ award-winning, two-hatted executive chef Jason Saxby. With locally-sourced sustainable produce at the forefront, highlights include: salt-baked snapper with seaweed and lemon myrtle crust; Bay lobster alla Catalana with heirloom tomato, pickled onion and parsley; bistecca fiorentina with salsa verde; and sgroppino with seasonal sorbet.
A reflection of Raes unwavering commitment to providing a luxurious guest experience, menus are curated as per the individual’s preferences - whether its breakfast served al fresco, lunch on the top deck, aperitivo at sunset or dessert with a movie in the main saloon; guests can indulge in their ideal dining setting. Allowing for up to 14 guests for a seated dining experience or canapes and grazing as an alternative for larger groups.
The superyacht features a master cabin, VIP cabin and two twin cabins, all with ensuites - the master featuring a bath. Imbued with designer Tamsin Johnson’s signature minimalism, Sea Raes’ chic interiors and bespoke service is a seamless extension of the Raes on Wategos seaside lifestyle; with luxe teak paneling and intricate marquetry paired with monochromatic natural fabrics throughout, resulting in an elegant and considered aesthetic. Sea Raes comes equipped with stand-up paddleboards; a range of skis, wakeboards and inflatable towables; snorkeling gear and an inflatable pool & trampoline to help guests make the most of the experience.
Part of the illustrious Raes portfolio (including Raes on Wategos and soon to launch The Bonobo by Raes), Sea Raes sets the standard for luxury charters on Australia's East Coast, catering to both overnight experiences and memorable event offerings, with the promise of an unforgettable experience the moment you step onboard.
