This summer, Zephyr is transporting guests to the world's dreamiest holiday destinations, offering a 'Taste of the Mediterranean' high above the bustling streets of Sydney's CBD. With elegant, revitalised décor inspired by stylish Mediterranean locales – including citrus fruits, seashells, beautiful bougainvillea and sweeping landscapes of the picturesque French Riviera - guests will be channeling a warm, care-free European summer in no time.

Cocktail enthusiasts will be greeted to a refreshing and exotic drinks lineup, meticulously curated by Zephyr's Mixologist, Jordan Rizk.
“Zephyr's latest cocktail creations are a sensory journey that brings drink trends and the flavours seen in the Northern Hemisphere summer to Sydney as we enter the warmer months and the timeless attraction of the Mediterranean's most sought-after summer locations, such as St. Tropez, the Amalfi Coast and the Greek Islands straight to your glass,” describes Jordan.

“A hero cocktail on our new Zephyr Signature Cocktail menu is the Zephyr St Tropez Spritz – a taste of the glamourous French Riviera. Crafted with the richness of charred pineapple rum and the depth of barrel-aged gin, this spritz offers a luxurious twist on a classic. Sparkling rosé wine, fresh basil, and a splash of soda complete the experience, creating a refreshing and sophisticated cocktail that carries you to the sun-kissed shores of St. Tropez.”

To complement its new vibrant cocktail list, Zephyr's summer food menu spotlights Spanish, Italian, and Greek flavours. Nitin Kumar, Food & Beverage Director at Hyatt Regency Sydney says, "Celebrating typically Summer-infused cuisine and culture, Zephyr's food menu is designed to capture the essence of the coastal region and compliments the super yacht inspired décor and ambiance."
