Crafted by Merrill J. Fernando, the visionary Founder of Dilmah, The Teamaker's Private Reserve unveils a distinguished range of handpicked teas sourced from the finest tea gardens and masterfully blended by experts. Each tea variety tells a unique story, reflecting the rich heritage and craftsmanship that Dilmah has epitomised over the years.

Adding to the Florals Afternoon Tea creations, Pastry Chef Anom curated two tea infused on the menu. Delight in Jivara Milk Chocolate Bar (Cream, Roasted Peanut Praline, Mille Feuille), infused with Dilmah Single Estate Earl Grey and Aromatic Citrus (Coulis, Ivory Custard, Graham Crackers and Passionfruit Jelly) infused with Dilmah Mango Scented Doombagastalawa Estate. This tea produces a beautiful harmonious tea with the sweet flavour of mango and honey notes.

From August onwards, enjoy the Raffles Afternoon Tea with a delightful pairing of Dilmah Teamaker's Private Reserve at The Writers Bar.
