Slojourn Studio Adds Two Prestigious Clients to Portfolio

The full-service marketing and communications agency, with offices in Australia and Europe, will be responsible for sales representation for Bhutan Tourism in Australia.

Slojourn Studio Founder and Co-Director, Tess Willcox, said the partnership is founded on a mutual commitment to sustainable tourism.

“Bhutan is a sustainable tourism destination that is devoted to protecting its natural environment, which makes it a perfect fit for our spread of conscious clients. We're excited to educate Australian travel agents and travellers about the appeal of this unique and exclusive travel destination. We like to describe it as a Shangri-La-like country with stunning scenery, rich culture, and friendly people.”

“Bhutan Tourism represents Slojourn Studio's first collaboration with a tourism board, so we're particularly excited about this milestone,” Tess said.

Slojourn Studio has also been appointed as the Australian social media agency for Capella Sydney, with the multi-award-winning travel brand joining the agency's collective of luxury resorts and hotels including Soneva, Resplendent Ceylon, ÀNI Private Resorts, Selong Selo, The Mysa Motel and Rolling Seas Bilinga.

“In addition to traditional travel representation services, such as marketing, PR and sales, we offer pure-play social media services for clients looking to elevate their social presence in the market, and we're thrilled to work with the iconic Capella brand to share Capella Sydney's captivating story with digital audiences,” Tess said.

The addition of Bhutan Tourism and Capella to Slojourn's portfolio comes off the back of the agency's recent appointment of a 'conscious curator' – a newly created role dedicated to educating the travel industry about Slojourn's conscious clients.
