Yarra Valley X Evergreen Pop-up – August 4-20, 2023

Celebrating a destination for all seasons, Crown Melbourne's Evergreen, along with Yarra Ranges Tourism will be showcasing a pop-up dining experience allowing guests to enjoy four of the region's best dining experiences without leaving the city.

From farm to kitchen, delve into a four-course journey; each course showcasing a different winery's signature dish, paired with exceptional Yarra Valley wines.

Diners can expect culinary treasures from iconic Yarra Valley wineries including Chandon, Coombe Yarra Valley, Tokar Estate, and Oakridge. The menu will reflect signature delicacies such as crudo of kingfish by Coombe, dry-aged duck by Oakridge, roast lamb backstrap by Tokar Estate, as well as canapés to start by Chandon.
