On the 15th of July at 4.30 pm, visitors can look forward to an exceptional gastronomic experience as Syabira Yusoff, the esteemed winner of the Great British Bake Off 2023, takes to the stage for an exclusive Malaysian Cookery Masterclass. Syabira Yusoff will be showcasing her gastronomic roots and demonstrating the artistry and flavours of Malaysian cuisine. This is a rare opportunity to witness the talents of a rising culinary star as she shares her passion for Malaysian food.

Continuing the festivities on Sunday, the 16th of July, Chef Norman Musa, a renowned Malaysian chef and culinary expert, will be gracing the Malaysian stand. Chef Musa will unveil his highly anticipated new cookbook, tantalising visitors with a collection of traditional and innovative Malaysian recipes. Attendees will have the chance to engage with Chef Musa during book signings and capture memorable moments with him through photo opportunities.
