Malmaison Manchester completed a soft refurbishment of its restaurant, re-opened as Malmaison Bar & Grill this March.
The refurbishment includes the addition of a refreshed bold colour scheme and intimate seating options interspaced with new artwork and feature pieces inspired by Manchester's art and design heritage.
Signature Mal flair interweaves modern touches with nods to the industrial origins of the building through the mixing of fabrics, materials, and textures.
Malmaison Manchester was formally a Joshua Hoyle and Sons Cotton factory, an industry at the centre of Manchester's heritage.
Malmaison Bar & Grill houses one of the city's only Josper Grills - a monstrous artisan indoor charcoal barbecue oven that flames and cooks steaks to a smoky perfection. Guests can even sit ringside and watch this magic at work.
