ÀNI Private Resorts offers guests four unique, far-flung destinations around the world in which to enjoy a stunning, private location surrounded by nature, as well as a kosher program with a certified mashgiach.
ÀNI's exclusive resorts – in Thailand and Anguilla (for up to 20 guests), Sri Lanka (for up to 30 guests), and the Dominican Republic (for up to 28 guests) – are the perfect luxury group travel destination and are proud to offer an all-encompassing kosher program, which is available any time of the year. Reservations start from six rooms for five nights.
All ÀNI resorts are designed, built, and staffed specifically with friends and families in mind, allowing the revolutionary resort brand to provide an unparalleled, personalised experience to each group of guests. Whether it's a milestone celebration or a multi-generational retreat, specific catering for kosher groups can be tailored to leave guests free to relax and enjoy what is most important – spending quality time together.
ÀNI Private Resorts spokesperson, Henny Frazer, said the privacy and exclusive nature of ÀNI's portfolio of properties allows them to be adaptable to different guest needs: “We are only ever catering to one group at a time, so we have the freedom, space and flexibility to adjust our daily operations to very detailed requirements,” she explained.
“From flying a staff member to New York to collect the exact kosher ingredient required from a favorite deli or having our executive chef prepare cholent for Shabbat from a family recipe, our resort teams do everything in their power to ensure our guests have everything they need for an observant holiday.”
Custom Kosher Packages
ÀNI Private Resorts' custom kosher packages include kosherization of the resorts' kitchens; replacement of dining ware, cookware, and equipment; and the sourcing and importing of all kosher meats, dairy, and packaged goods not otherwise available locally.
For kosher guests, ÀNI brings in mashgiachs, in advance to kosher the resorts' kitchens, dining ware, cookware, and equipment; and to supervise daily in the kitchen to ensure strict kosherization at every step. They also work with, and supervise, the executive chefs and their teams to include, if desired, traditional meals.
The kitchen teams work with Chabad locally in each destination to purchase whatever fresh items are available at local supermarkets, and then source the rest of the required kosher meats, dairy, wine, and certified packaged goods from reputable overseas suppliers.
Food is a huge part of the experience for all ÀNI guests. Their executive chefs work with guests to create exquisite, meticulously customised menus for each group in residence, featuring the finest in Caribbean, Asian, fusion, and international cuisine.
For kosher guests they make no compromise in providing the very best in luxury dining. The team learn the specific requirements for each group in advance (such as Cholov Yisroel and Beit Yosef), take into consideration any relevant celebrations or traditions, including Passover, and design meals and menus accordingly.
Keeping the kids entertained and happy on holiday is a top priority for any parent. A range of memory-making family activities are available, as well as exciting children's activities keeping them off screens and engaging with nature. Younger children can try their hand at kosher baking, kite making, arts, and crafts, whilst older kids can enjoy nature treks, bike rides, Muay Thai training, and more.
ÀNI Private Resorts are ideal for observant travelers seeking a more private luxury experience – away from the crowds of a resort – without any compromise on a first-class kosher program.
