The North East's biggest Pyromusical fireworks spectacular returns with a bang next month, following the success of last year's sell-out show.

The magical, multi-sensory event, which is this year entitled 'Either side of the Pond', will feature a US vs UK soundtrack on Saturday, November 5.

Set in a 7.5-acre stage and lighting up the night skies above Bishop Auckland, it promises to be a fantastic evening of memorable family entertainment.

Anne-Isabelle Daulon, Founder and CEO, said: “We are looking forward to seeing so many happy visitors to this year's Pyromusical, following on from the success of last year's show. 

“It is a lovely event for all the family to enjoy, with warm, comforting food available before the show before the popular music and pyrotechnics begin. The audience's reaction has been incredible in previous years and I'm sure that our 2022 event will wow everyone attending.” 

Although there is a large capacity of 8,000, seating will be sold and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, so visitors are urged to buy now to avoid disappointment.

The annual event is a perfect evening out for family and friends, with safe viewing and seating ideally suited for everyone from grandparents to young children. There will be numerous fire pits around the venue to provide warmth and an atmospheric glow. 

The 25-minute display is produced by the pyrotechnics team renowned for their epic displays set to music at 11Arches Park, which hosts thrilling shows every Saturday throughout the summer season. 

Gates open at 4pm for the November show, when hot dogs, popcorn, chips and drinks will be available from the Food Court. The performance starts promptly at 7pm. Ticket prices are £12 for adults and £6 for under-18s.
