The recently opened design-led lifestyle hotel, and part of Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio of 30 extraordinary brands, has crafted a bespoke contemporary blend - The AC Gin & Tonic – mixed with a crucial fusion of attitude, insight and native botanicals and serving guests every evening.

The highly anticipated guest experience at all AC Hotels by Marriott® is the signature AC Gin & Tonic experience. A brand that has unique Spanish roots Gin & Tonic (or Gin Tonic, as it is known in Spain) has become the unofficial drink of Spain in a culture that elevates the iconic drink into an art form.

Guests can enjoy a tailored G&T moment every day from 5 pm – 7 pm, where a Gin sommelier and the How Do You G&T? cart roam the AC Lounge. The How Do You G&T? cart serves up a selection of premium gin, mixers and garnishes to create AC's bespoke G&T moment. A mix-and-match experience is created that allows every guest to choose their local Gin of choice, a perfectly matched tonic, and their preferred garnish, with the first G&T complimentary to in-house guests.

Along with the How Do You G&T? Gin cart, the AC Gin & Tonic is served in an exclusive glass that has been scientifically developed to heighten the taste, aroma and palate experience for the drinker. The AC Gin & Tonic experience epitomises AC Hotels' commitment to purposeful and beautiful design.

The Perfectly Precise Gin is a gin that is design-led with every detail refined, aligning perfectly with AC Hotels by Marriott® which are known for its careful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The Perfectly Precise Gin, Patient Wolf Distilling Co.'s Melbourne Dry Gin, features bright citrus notes of ruby grapefruit and fresh juniper delicately balanced with subtle spice of aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper, and tonka beans. Bold, complex and aromatic, yet incredibly smooth, it is a perfectly balanced gin.
