Frontier Travel, the award-winning specialist tour operator to North America has announced the addition of some new escorted tours to their highly successful Frontier Canada brand for 2023.
Having concentrated on tailor-made holidays for the last 30 years, the pandemic and ever-changing industry has seen demand for more organised holidays to appeal to the Frontier clientele.
Frontier's managing director, Jeremy Timms, says that while the core business will always have its emphasis on providing bespoke holidays, it is important to acknowledge the changes from the last two years. "Frontier is proud of its longstanding in the travel industry and having weathered the storm of the pandemic, we want to continue to ensure that we are offering the best range of products for our clients.”
"More and more holidaymakers are looking for diversity in their holidays and we know that we can provide that on both our immensely popular tailor-made holidays as well as offering complete packages with other like-minded people,” Timms added.
The new packages focus on popular areas such as the Canadian Rockies and the operator has teamed up with specialists in coach and touring holidays. The new holidays include the Rockies Explorer which has the addition of an Alaska cruise and the Spectacular Rockies and Glaciers of Alberta which has exclusive private after-hours access to the Glacier Skywalk, a stay in the Glacier View Lodge and a chance to ride the Ice Explorer on the Athabasca Glacier before others arrive.
Following a successful marketing programme to Atlantic Canada, Frontier Canada have expanded their offerings with a specialist hiking tour exploring Western Newfoundland. The Iconic Walks tour provides an opportunity to see whales and icebergs and features a stay in two unique lighthouse inns.
