Executive Chef, Oswin Ribeiro, and his team of talented chefs have carefully developed the innovative menus to be as tasty as they are tummy and vegan friendly. Oswin's menus include delicacies such as Sago Pearl pudding with cantaloupe and lemon crystal jelly, Belgian chocolate macaroons filled with rich chocolate ganache, divine Strawberry, and coconut mini cheesecake, and sticky date pudding with caramelized nuts and candied orange peel.

To accompany the superb food, guests can choose their favorite tea blend from our range of La Maison Du Thé tea loose leaf tea such as Berries of the forest, a perfect choice to accompany High Tea with its subtle, fruity flavour. Add a little fizz to your High Tea with a glass of sparkling wine.
