The Seven and Prime Networks have increased their airplay of the all-Aussie travel series TRAVEL OZ to 9 hours a week.
Travel Oz now plays 6 days a week, in 90-minute sessions.
With 180 episodes now produced, production company Grainger TV is producing a further 20 new episodes every year.
Currently airing is a 5-part series MURRAY MAGIC which features both the Moira Shire, and a kayaking trip down the Murray River, 2500-kilometres from source to sea.
Just filmed, and about to be screened, is a tribute to Slim Dusty, TRAVELLIN' WITH SLIM. Slim's singer daughter Anne Kirkpatrick has been filmed at the Slim Dusty Centre Kempsey this weekend, and at Slim's boyhood home HOMEWOOD.
Aussie aviation legend Sir Kingsford Smith is being featured with a replica of his history-making Southern Cross, at the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society at Shellharbour Airport.
Following the success of the 7 part series around Outback Queensland last year, the Grainger TV team are planning a marathon filming trip down the Queensland Coast from the Daintree to the Gold Coast.
Western Australia is also about to be featured in a series covering territory from the Kimberly to the Great South West.
The 13 icons of Canberra are being filmed in May.
Other specials are being planned for Victoria, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
