- The city of Barcelona is the new World Sustainable Food Capital 2021 and will present different activities during the year.
- Different areas of Catalonia have been working hard to offer new gastronomy and wine experiences to travellers.
During 2021, Barcelona is designed as the World Sustainable Food Capital. A merit given by the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (2019), which has encouraged dozens of entities and organizations in the city to take part in events and activities to reflect on the way we eat and foster sustainable food. - Enjoy new cava experiences in Costa Barcelona.
- Freixenet new virtual cava tastings. To keep offering cava experiences, the renowned cava producer Freixenet has launched a new online-workshop to do tastings of their exclusive cava guided by professional experts.
