Updated hygiene protocols

Working under the guidance of the World Health Organization, industry experts and local authorities they have fine-tuned their already strict security and hygiene protocols to offer guests a stay with complete peace of mind. The security and hygiene protocols being introduced are summarised as following:

General

Recommended distance to be maintained in all public areas. Dispensers with sanitation solutions are available in all areas of the hotel. Hotel staff members wear face masks. All hotel properties are audited for all measures related to Covid-19, ISO9001 and are Travelife GOLD certified.

Public areas

Enhanced cleaning cycles: Cleaning and disinfection of public areas according to approved hygiene regulations such as door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, etc. Recommended distance to be maintained in all public areas.

Arrival

In Gran Canaria private chauffeur car services are available (charge applies) in a fully sanitised car with the driver wearing a mouth and nose covering.

Reception

Online check prior to arrival and room door access via mobile device will be made available, key cards and pens are disinfected. Recommended distance to be maintained between receptionist and guests.

Room & Suites

After each stay, guest rooms are thoroughly sanitized with approved cleaning products and checklists completed by housekeeping.

Restaurants & Bars

Food and beverage services tailored in line with current regulations. Reduced seating capacity in restaurants, terraces, and bars. Hotel menus will be available digitally on your phone.
