Specialist walking holiday tour operator Mountain Kingdoms has followed European Package Travel Regulations from the very start of the Coronavirus pandemic.  Holidays which the company has been unable to run due to FCO or destination restrictions have been cancelled and customers asked if they would like to transfer, without charge, to an alternative holiday at a later date, or if not, offered a refund.  

Many customers have opted to defer their travel but some have been extremely grateful to receive refunds:
