Journey Latin America

To celebrate 40 years of operating world-class holidays to Latin America, specialist tour operator Journey Latin America is proud to announce the launch of "Our Ultimate Journey to Latin America" holiday.

The pioneering tour operator turned to its own team of travel experts who carefully craft tailor-made holidays and operate small escorted group tours day in and day out to devise their very own 40-day ultimate Latin America trip.

The winning itinerary designed by Senior Travel Consultant Sophie Barber includes 6 unforgettable destinations across Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Mexico. Encompassing an extraordinary range of wildlife activities, foodie experiences and some of Latin America's key cultural attractions including Day of the Dead, the celebratory trip draws on our 40 years of knowledge and experience and offers holidaymakers the best way to explore several of Latin America's big hitters.

Sophie Barber of Journey Latin America comments “Having travelled to Latin America for the best part of 15 years I was keen to include my all time favourite places – many of which are iconic but several of the destinations also take you off the beaten track to some of the continent's most pristine wildernesses like Brazil's southern Pantanal and to far reaches of Chilean Patagonia. I also wanted to ensure that anyone taking this trip would enjoy the best weather when it's not too hot and there's hardly any rain – in short this is my dream trip and would be a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion.”

Journey Latin America's 40-day 'Our Ultimate Journey to Latin America' begins in Rio de Janeiro and travels to the Pantanal, Iguazú Falls, Buenos Aires, El Calafate, Torres del Paine, Santiago, Atacama desert, Uyuni salt flats, Lake Titicaca, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Lima, Mexico City, Oaxaca and finishes on the beach in Huatulco on Mexico's Pacific Coast. The holiday costs from £21,200 per person and should depart the UK on 28th September 2020 in order to include Day of the Dead otherwise it can be taken at any other time of the year. The itinerary includes premium hotels, transfers, domestic flights, excursions and most meals. International flights are extra.

Throughout 2020 the award-winning tour operator has planned a series of promotions and competitions to mark the occasion from spectacular holiday prizes to Latin America to their top travel secrets and tips.
