Unveiling the next exciting partnership in its Culinary Master Series, Sofitel Singapore City Centre joins hands with author, cook and MasterChef judge Audra Morrice for a fun-filled weekend retreat in the appreciation of food, wellness and the finer things in life. Taking place from 13 to 15 September 2019, the Culinary Wellness Retreat features curated dining experiences as well as culinary and fitness classes to enrich the mind, body, and soul.

Beginning with an exclusive wine dinner on Friday night prepared by Audra and Racines' very own Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois, the weekend offers a three-day retreat teeming with epicurean delights and lessons on holistic wellness. From blending nourishing juices to learning to prepare nutritious meals at home, fun and interactive activities have been lined up to entertain and promote healthier living. Participants will also work up a sweat with yoga and fitness sessions led by top trainers on Saturday and Sunday morning.

Between activities, guests are encouraged to rest and relax in one of the luxury hotel's lavish guestrooms or make use of its modern facilities which include a 24-hour gym and 30-meter infinity pool with sweeping views of the business district. For a more fulfilling weekend, the hotel is also offering optional premium experiences as add-ons for a limited number of guests including a private dinner with Audra Morrice and Colours of Life, an immersive arts escapade with artist-in-residence Arianna Caroli.

About Audra Morrice

Hailed by Australian media as “the Nigella of Asia,” Audra Morrice is a chef, author, television presenter and the producer of a range of all-natural, gluten-free products. A graduate in Economics and Japanese, Audra left her very successful telecommunications career to follow her passion for food. A finalist in MasterChef Australia 2012, she has extended her affiliation with the international TV juggernaut to become co-host and judge on MasterChef Asia in 2015 and, currently, as a MasterChef Singapore judge. Audra's own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, is on regular rotation on SBS Food Network in Australia and FYI across Asia.
