This September guest are invited on a culinary journey into the colourful cuisine of Indonesia and to experience Sheraton’s famed seafood buffet with a twist. Explore some of the country’s most famous dishes, which will be available alongside unlimited seafood including prawns, oysters and scallops.
Presented by Club Marriott, chef Taufik, of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali will showcase a more extensive selection of some of his favourite Indonesian dishes between 5 - 8 September 2019 at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel.
Immerse yourself in an authentic Balinese dining experience with a buffet feast that highlights the best of traditional Indonesian cuisine. Taste your way through an aromatic menu of Balinese duck marinated with aromatic herbs and wrapped in banana leaves, deep-fried chicken with turmeric and galangal crumble, authentic satay wrapped around fresh lemongrass and the intensely flavoursome ‘king of curries’ beef rendang daging. This is world-class street food with a seriously sophisticated twist.
