Now in its second year, The TravMedia Summit 2019 is set to bring together Asia's most influential members of the tourism industry, including keynote speaker Karla Cripps from CNN Travel, for another high-impact professional development conference in Macao this October 2019.
The TravMedia Summit will play host to an unrivalled panel of speakers covering topics such as; Elevating your pitch, overcoming pitch fatigue, how and why PRs are crafting their own metrics to measure successful media coverage, why authenticity is key in the era of fake news, pre-packaging content to support time-poor media, overused buzzwords, correct use of English and more.
TravMedia's CEO and Founder, Nick Wayland said we have worked hard on bringing together another outstanding expert media panel for this year's event, with keynote speaker Karla Cripps, Senior Digital Producer for CNN Travel's Asia-Pacific coverage.
“We are thrilled to be hosting The TravMedia Summit in Macao this year and working closely with CNN Travel's Karla Cripps, who has been heavily involved in the production of various successful CNN Travel series, including Culinary Journeys, Hanoi POV and Destination India.” said Nick Wayland, CEO and Founder of TravMedia.
“We learnt from last year's inaugural event that travel professionals value the opportunity to discuss and learn how to stay current as the tourism industry evolves, so our media panelists are enthusiastic to deliver insightful topics.”
“The professional development program addresses the high demand for an event dedicated to upskilling both public relations professionals and travel writers, with the opportunity to hear from influential decision makers in the media industry.”
