LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 26, 2019) – Citadel Outlets, Los Angeles' premier luxury outlet shopping destination, is pleased to announce the opening of L.A.'s only California Welcome Center. Selected by the California Office of Tourism and Visit California as one of 18 official California Welcome Centers, the information hub is located at the shopping center's customer service center and will provide tourists and local residents with personalized travel recommendations and informed suggestions on how to explore all that California has to offer.
To further enhance and enrich guests' visits in Southern California, Citadel Outlets' California Welcome Center has partnered with local and regional attractions to offer off-site ticket purchase options, so that visitors can forgo long lines at park entrance gates and enjoy their vacations to the fullest. Participating attractions include Disneyland Resort, Universal Studio Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm and SeaWorld.

California Welcome Center is the latest tourism amenity offered by Citadel Outlets. Existing services include complimentary baggage check, a luggage repacking room, a luxurious VIP lounge, shop-and-ship service, airport shuttles, an on-site Doubletree hotel, UnionPay gift card promotions, international mobile payment methods, multi-lingual staff members and brochures.
To celebrate the grand opening, Citadel Outlets will feature opportunities to win California destination travel packages on their Instagram page at @CitadelOutlets, beginning in April.
